Saltanaz is an online store offering jewellery, bottles, table mats, scrub and loofah products, tealights, décor and other lifestyle products.
We reserve the right to update, modify or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once published on our website.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number and email address.
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Saltanaz.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect product information.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original or an appropriate payment method.
Pricing and Payments
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country for international orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customised and Personalised Products
Customised, personalised and made-to-order products are prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements.
Therefore, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, subject to verification by Saltanaz.
Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of information provided for customised products before placing the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched after successful order processing and verification.
For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 7–12 days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking ID will be sent to you.
International Orders
Due to the nature of international shipping, Saltanaz does not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- A complete unboxing video
After reviewing the submitted information, Saltanaz may, at its discretion, arrange a replacement or provide store credit where applicable.
India Orders
For orders delivered within India, customers must report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
Customers must provide their order number and clear photographs of the received product.
Jewellery Returns
For hygiene reasons, jewellery products are generally non-returnable.
A return or replacement may only be considered if the jewellery is damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to verification and the applicable reporting period.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Saltanaz website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs and branding, belongs to Saltanaz or its respective content owners.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Saltanaz shall not be responsible for delays, losses or circumstances caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
